Root & Branch Bodywork is now located at 6618 Germantown Avenue, in the heart of Mt. Airy.

The new studio is ADA accessible, and features two sensory-friendly movement studios with adjustable lighting and sound, as well as a quiet and soothing treatment room for therapeutic bodywork sessions.

We are delighted to welcome you to this space dedicated to mindful movement, healing, and community!

Root & Branch Bodywork is a studio for sports massage, therapeutic bodywork, and mindful movement in Mt. Airy, Philadelphia.

We specialize in holistic pain management and injury prevention for athletes, artists, skilled workers, and folks managing chronic pain, tension, and fatigue related to symptomatic joint hypermobility.  Our ADA-accessible and sensory-friendly studio offers a nourishing, inclusive space for healing and adaptive movement.

In addition to individualized care, Root & Branch is proud to offer a diverse array of group movement and fitness classes for all abilities and skill levels.  Our vetted instructors are highly knowledgable coaches and practitioners with years of experience developing challenging, adaptive, and accessible movement programs.

Massage & 1:1 Movement Hours:
Monday: 10am - 4pm
Tuesday: 10am - 5pm

Thursday: 10am - 4pm

Friday: 10am - 4pm

Saturday: 12pm - 5pm
Sunday: 12pm - 4pm
